We look for people who notice what others walk past.

FEVA was built by people from hospitality, and we hire for the same instincts: anticipation, discretion, follow-through, and pride in details a guest never sees.

We don’t always post openings publicly. The best way to be considered is to introduce yourself.

- **Property & building management** — Hands-on managers who know a building’s systems, vendors and history — and answer for them.
- **Projects & construction** — Project managers who keep scope, schedule, budget and finish quality on the owner’s side.
- **Hospitality & guest service** — People from hotels, restaurants and private service who bring that standard to a residence.
- **Trades & specialist vendors** — Firms that would like to be considered for the vendors FEVA vets and supervises.
