FEVA Property Management is a private firm founded by Jose Vargas on a single vision: property management delivered with the discipline, discretion and care of the finest hospitality.

## Coming home should feel like checking into a five-star hotel.

After more than 30 years in hospitality, facilities management and property operations, I kept coming back to one question: Why shouldn’t people feel the same sense of care when they walk into their own home as they do when they check into a great hotel?

That belief led me to found FEVA Management. We bring hospitality-level attention to private residences, townhomes, buildings and commercial properties. We anticipate what needs attention, care for the details and follow through, so owners can enjoy their properties without carrying the weight of managing them.
